Preventive approach to bullying, a proposal from the draft Law of Pacific School Coexistence

Abstract
The draft of the Pacific School Coexistence Law, as a legislative initiative received by the Venezuelan State, seeks the effective approach of harassment in its various demonstrations. Its core objective revolves around the shelter of the student's psychosocial and emotional integrity, as a guarantee for the coherent development of personality throughout its life cycle. This investigation as a result of a documentary review, shows a proposal for the preventive approach of bullying, whose basis finds regular in universal values such as reciprocal recognition, positive peace, solidarity and tolerance; Rector principles of citizen training that, as an antidote against conflict, the prevalence of patriarchy and intransigence, enable understanding between social groups that coincide in the school context. In conclusion, achieve peaceful coexistence demands synergistic efforts and the sense of co -responsibility among the educational community, the administrative bodies of justice and the family.
